Instructional Systems is responsible for MSU's centrally supported learning management system-ANGEL. With ANGEL, faculty and staff members can manage course content, post materials, engage students and group members, administer quizzes and gauge student progress. Many staff members also use ANGEL for administrative tasks. In 2006, two new services, Breeze Presentation and Breeze Meeting, were also introduced by Instructional Systems.
