The ACNS Help Desk offers computing assistance to students, faculty, staff, and retirees of MSU. Support is available by telephone, e-mail and in-person. The ACNS Help Desk can assist with general computing questions, troubleshooting computer issues, problem reports, and configuring personal computers to work with the MSU network and mail system. There is no charge for basic services.
